若我們心中仍充滿罪孽，便難以順服主，並且生命破破漏漏，毫不喜樂平安。

我們如何對付自己的罪孽？
1.承認
我們說自己沒有罪，就是自欺。真理不在自己心裏了。並且若認了罪，就接受神的赦免。
2.悔改
「悔改」的聖經原文是「改變」。我們既然認了罪，就要痛改前非，靠主得勝，從此不要再犯。
3.遠離
遠離那些誘人的處境。
4.親近
時常與神相交，得著抗罪的力量。
5.分享
天天與人分享聖經，常常浸淫在神的話語裏，清潔自己的心靈世界。
禱告事項
1.向神認罪。
2.求神教導自己如何活得更聖潔。
3.求神幫助主僕過著聖潔和仁愛的生活，作信徒的榜樣，並把握機會，宣揚福音。
