「因為人的怒氣並不成就神的義。」(雅一20)

「人的怒氣,」該指不受控制地胡亂發脾氣。「神的義」可解釋為神完美的品格、神喜愛的善行或神透過主耶穌完成的救恩。
您是脾氣王,常胡亂地發怒嗎?

如何調控自己的怒氣?
1.承認
承認自己的負面情緒,如不滿、不平、氣結、忿怒、不寧、想罵人、想打人、想吃人、怒火中燒、受傷或……
2.禱告
默默地向神説出自己的感受。
3.描述
溫柔地將自己的情緒描述給對方聽,但切忌責罵他們,如對他們說,剛才您所講和作的,我感到很激氣和好受傷。
4.離開
若實在難以調控怒氣,便趕緊離開現場。最好,臨走前,向對方説:我要冷靜一下!
5.再談
日後,大家都冷靜過來。要好好地再談這事。切記不是每個問題都能完滿解決,但至少多談會增進彼此了解和建立互相更親密關係。

禱告事項
1.求神给您永遠平靜的心。
2.求神給您智慧調控自己的怒氣。
3.求神給主僕找到同心同行的人,教會火速增長。
