1.平凡
天天能夠吃得、疴得和瞓得，就要感恩。

每朝能睡醒起來已是莫大恩典。
3.活動
四肢活動自如，值得感恩。
4.數算
計算神給了我們甚麼恩典。
5.分享
到處向人感恩和與人分享感謝神的事。
禱告事項
1.向神一一數算祂給自己的恩典。
2.為神透過苦難給了自己甚麼祝福和怎樣祝福了別人，向衪感恩。
