腓立比書硏究：出生背景

「我第八天受割禮，我是以色列族，便雅憫支派的人，是希伯來人所生的希伯來人；就律法說，我是法利賽人；」（腓三5）

凡是純正的猶太人會在出生後第八天受割禮；便雅憫支派是以色列族中強而有力的支派，以色列第一任君王就是由此族而來；希伯來人乃指操亞蘭語的以色列人，以此與操希臘語的以色列人有別。

以出生背景，保羅是一等一的。您出生背景崇高嗎？以此為榮為辱嗎？

如何不追求出生背景？

「接受」接受自己的出生背景。無論背景是高是低，都是神所賜。
「感恩」感謝神所賜或高或低的背景。
「尊重」尊重所有背景不同的人。
「關愛」關愛背景不一的人。
「基督」一味只追求基督，以祂為最重要。

禱告事項

將是日經文，再讀十遍，然後按其內容禱告父神。
立志不看自己或別人的背景，單單追求基督，關愛和尊重所有人。
求神賜主僕天天遇上慕道者，領他們歸向基督，成為自己的同心同行者，一起興旺福音，培訓門徒和屬靈領袖，完成使命。
