「法勒生拉吳之後，又活了二百零九年，並且生兒養女。」（創十一19）
「法勒」的字義是分裂，分叉，河流，地震。主耶穌是活水江河。我們學像主耶穌成為河水去滋潤人心嗎？

如何滋潤人心？

  1. 「親近」天天親近父神，支取能量。
  2. 「操練」日日操練聖靈果子。
  3. 「關愛」主動關愛別人。
  4. 「分享」常與人分享基督的愛和福音。
  5. 「建立」建立別人對主的信心和忠心。

主阿，祢是活水江河，在祢哪裡，我們的生命可得滋潤。我要到處幫助人到祢哪裡，得著拯救，得著滿足。
