如何保持自己的容貌氣息？

  1. 「休息」休息充足。
  2. 「運動」運動足夠。
  3. 「愉悅」心情保持愉悅。
  4. 「和諧」人際和諧。
  5. 「親近」與主親近。

父阿！祢是生命的源頭。我要常與祢同在，努力保持自己的容貌和精神充足。
