  1. 「祝福」常祝福別人。
  2. 「代求」天天為別人代求。
  3. 「計劃」有計劃地關心別人。
  4. 「行動」按計劃關心別人。
  5. 「建立」幫助別人活像基督，生命更豐盛満足。

父阿！祢是愛所有人的。我是軟弱，但祢是剛強。我要努力跟著祢走，助人活像基督，生活更豐盛。
