早晨！但願你今日平平安安，快快樂樂！
「為甚麼說，她是你的妹子？以致我把她娶來要作我的妻子；現在你的妻子在這裏，可以帶她走罷。」（創十二19）
起初，亞伯蘭恐怕因妻子被殺，現證明，他的顧慮是多餘的。最近，您仍有甚麽憂慮？

如何不憂慮？

  1. 「傾訴」向神傾訴心中憂慮。
  2. 「感謝」感謝神過去的保守和恩典。
  3. 「讚美」讚美神的偉大。
  4. 「交託」將自己身心靈全交託主。
  5. 「順服」順服神一切的安排和帶領。

請作以下禱告

父阿！祢是愛和能力。我要將自己全然獻給祢，天天感恩讚美與歌頌，日日宣揚祢。
