  1. 「宣告」天天宣告主是大能和慈愛的神。
  2. 「傾訴」日日禱告，向神傾心訴意。
  3. 「數算」常常數算神的恩典。
  4. 「教訓」了解神在我們際遇中，給予我們甚麼教訓。
  5. 「順服」順服神一切的安排。
