早晨！但願你今日歡喜雀躍，一起崇拜！
「並說：『你如今懷孕要生一個兒子，可以給他起名叫以實瑪利，因為耶和華聽見了你的苦情(以實瑪利就是神聽見的意思)。」（創十六11）
 神會聽見您的苦情。您還有甚麼苦情？

如何何消除苦痛？

  1. 「禱告」將心中苦痛向神一一傾訴。
  2. 「感謝」感謝神對自己一直的帶領和恩典。
  3. 「讚美」讚美神的偉大和智慧。
  4. 「深信」深信神是愛我。祂讓我陷入苦痛中都是好的。我要思想苦痛的意義。
  5. 「靠主」靠著主的能力，戰勝苦痛。

請作以下禱告

天父阿！祢是愛我。我們要靠祢得勝。
奉主耶穌名求，誠心所願。
