早晨！但願你今日快快樂樂！
「容我拿點水來，你們洗洗腳，在樹下歇息歇息。」(創十八4）
古時中東人士穿的是有底無幫的涼鞋，行路時常沾染不少沙塵，故要常洗腳，使身心舒暢，疲累盡失。
主耶穌曾命令我們要彼此洗腳，即彼此相愛。您盡力愛人嗎？

如何愛人？

  1. 「聆聽」聆聽別人的心聲。
  2. 「體恤」體恤別人的軟弱。
  3. 「問候」常問候別人。
  4. 「建立」努力建立別人。
  5. 「幫助」隨時樂意幫助別人。
