早晨！但願你今日平安滿足！
「亞伯拉罕清早起來，到了他從前站在耶和華面前的地方，」（創十九27）
亞伯拉罕清早起來，就找神了。您常尋找神，與祂相交.嗎？

如何建立靈修生活？

  1. 「計劃」有計劃未必會成功，但不計劃就註定失敗。
  2. 「定時」人是慣性的，最好每日定時與主相交。
  3. 「定點」定下與神相交的地點。
  4. 「定內容」定下與神相交的內容，如唱詩、讀一節聖經（本材料就是設計每日一節經文加默想和禱告）、禱告等。
  5. 「交託」將計劃交託給神，然後實行出來。

天父啊！祢是最慈愛美好，我要時刻與祢相通相交。
