如何不重犯？

  1. 「檢視」檢視自己錯在哪裡。
  2. 「承認」承認錯誤。
  3. 「回望」回望後果的嚴重性。
  4. 「祈求」求主加力，更正錯誤。
  5. 「親近」時刻與主同行共話，得著力量抗拒誘惑。
