人常喜歡教導別人這様，那樣做。但要小心教導錯誤，後果可以好嚴重。雅各指出教導者的刑罰會更重。正如現今法律對教唆人犯法的刑罰都是重於犯法者。

如何作個好師傅？
1.愛人
對受教者滿有愛心，便會保護他們，絕對不會容許半點差錯，誤導，傷害他們。
2.愛神
神就是真理。當人深愛真理，必熱切追求之。對非真理，則會猛力排斥。
3.慎重
慎重認真地鑽硏真理，不會胡亂下判斷。
4.謙卑
不懂時，就説不懂，不會胡亂教導。
5.榜樣
不會教一套，做一套，絆倒他人。
