上篇提到我們要將人從Community(社區)轉化為Crowd(群眾)，常常出席崇拜聚會。教會可以有很多的事工做。我們個人層面又可作甚麼呢？
首先，要以帶領社區未信的人成為信徒，參與教會聚會，作我們首要任務。過去，您有多看重呢？
第二，定下每年要帶領誰歸主的目標。
第三，用盡有效和正確的方法達到目標。
第四，常常關心目標人物。
第五，準備好得救的見證，隨時與目標人物分享。
第六，有適合的聚會和活動，便邀請目標人物參加。
第七，向他們傳福音和守望願意相信者，直至他們靈命和出席教會崇拜穏定為止。
