如何認識自己?
１。聖經
聖經清楚給我們知道人從哪裡來，今生又要人類作甚麼，並將來會到哪兒去。而我們就是人，所以我們可透過聖經去了解一般的自已。
２。專家
因為所有真理都是源自神，所以一些科學家，特別一些生物學家、社會學家、心理學家都花了不少時間研究我們人類的事情。他們對一般人類的看法，雖不是絕對，但也是值得參考。
３。自省
經常定期反省自己的生命，往往會對自己，對神在我們神上的旨意和計劃有所認識。
４。知己
正所謂：旁觀者清，當局者迷。知己和愛我們的人對我們的看法和意見，也是值得三思的。
５。輔導
找個有經驗的基督徒輔導員協助我們了解自己也是不錯的做法。
結語
讓我們盡力地認識自己，特別認識神在我們人生的計劃和召命，使我們活得更貼近神的心意，以致生命變得更像基督，更豐盛，更有感染力。
